The 1972 Mach IV kept the 748 cc two-stroke triple layout, with about 74 hp and a claimed top speed around 120 mph. It was marketed as a pure performance machine, and the page describes it as smoky, noisy and hard to control at speed. Its light weight and short wheelbase gave strong acceleration and frequent wheelies.
